When you use Office 365, you can set up your e-mail in Outlook. In addition, you can set up your e-mail in another e-mail program such as Apple Mail or Thunderbird. Below are the email settings for receiving and sending email through an email program.

Incoming e-mail settings

The (incoming) IMAP server: outlook.office365.com.
Port: 993.
As login name, use your full e-mail address (for example, info@example.com).
Use the corresponding e-mail password.
Security: SSL (TLS).

Settings outgoing e-mail

The (outgoing) SMTP server: smtp.office365.com.
Port: 587.
As login name, use your full e-mail address (for example, info@example.com).
Use the corresponding e-mail password.
Connection security: SSL (TLS).
