The solution: disable the Windows 10 color filters
The easy way is to press the following keyboard shortcut: Windows + CTRL + C. Your screen gets back to color again. If you press Windows + CTRL + C, it turns black and white again, and so on. This keyboard shortcut enables or disables color filters for the screen. These are created for people with sight problems so that they can enable a certain filter and better see what is on the screen.
To disable the active grayscale color filter, you can also use the mouse or touch: open Settings and go to Ease of Access.
